1. Scope and who we are
AstraMint.ai ("AstraMint," "we," "us," or "our") provides a non-custodial workspace for creating or importing token projects, generating brand and marketing materials with AI, preparing token deployments, and managing related campaign content. This policy applies to our websites, applications, APIs, and related services (the "Services").
Blockchain networks, wallet providers, social networks, and other third-party services have their own privacy practices. This policy covers AstraMint’s handling of information, not theirs.
2. Information we collect
Account and session information
We may process an internal user identifier, authentication claims, session timestamps, and an essential session cookie. If wallet-based identity is enabled, an authenticated public wallet address may be associated with your account. We do not ask for or store wallet seed phrases or private keys.
Wallet and blockchain information
We process public wallet addresses, network and chain identifiers, token contract addresses, transaction hashes, factory interactions, token balances used to verify an import, and deployment status. Blockchain records are public and may be permanently available independently of AstraMint.
Projects and content
We collect the information you submit or create, including token names and symbols, descriptions, supply and decimal settings, brand colors and tone, metadata, social links, campaign drafts, scheduling details, creative briefs, prompts, reference materials, and AI-generated text, images, and videos.
Files and media
We process uploaded logos, images, videos, filenames, file types, sizes, storage keys, and generated media. Draft assets may be stored with a cloud object-storage provider. Content you choose to finalize may be pinned to IPFS and become publicly accessible and difficult or impossible to remove.
Credits and transactions
We keep credit balances and ledger entries, including grants, purchases, reservations, settlements, releases, refunds, adjustments, job identifiers, provider costs, and idempotency records. If paid checkout is introduced or used, a payment processor may collect billing and payment-card information directly; AstraMint generally receives transaction status and limited billing details rather than full card numbers.
Social connections
If you connect a supported social channel, we may process the provider name, account identifier or handle, connection status, authorization data needed to maintain the connection, content selected for publication, scheduled time, and published URL. Current supported channel concepts include X, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram; availability may vary.
Service and device data
Like most online services, our servers may receive IP address, browser and device type, operating system, requested pages and API routes, timestamps, error reports, security events, and diagnostic logs. We use an essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not currently use advertising cookies or sell personal information for targeted advertising.
3. How we use information
- Provide accounts, projects, saved history, credit accounting, uploads, generation jobs, and deployment tracking.
- Prepare unsigned blockchain calls and verify public on-chain activity requested by you.
- Send prompts and relevant project context to AI providers to generate requested text, images, or video.
- Store working assets, publish finalized metadata to IPFS, and deliver media through gateways or content-delivery services.
- Connect social accounts and publish or schedule content only when those features are available and you approve the action.
- Prevent fraud and abuse, secure the Services, debug failures, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations.
- Measure reliability and improve features. If we add non-essential analytics or cookies, we will provide any notice or choices required by law.
Depending on where you live, our legal bases may include performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services, your consent, and compliance with law.
4. How information is shared
We may share information only as reasonably needed with:
- Infrastructure providers that host the application, database, logs, object storage, content delivery, and support systems.
- AI providers, including LLMGateway and models available through it, which receive prompts, relevant project context, and reference media needed to complete a generation request.
- Storage and publishing providers, including S3-compatible services, Pinata, IPFS gateways, and the public IPFS network.
- Blockchain infrastructure, including wallet software, RPC providers, explorers, smart contracts, and network participants.
- Social and payment providers when you connect an account, approve publication, or make a purchase.
- Authorities or counterparties when required by law, necessary to protect rights and safety, or involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not disclose private prompts or draft content publicly unless you choose to publish them or a public operation necessarily includes them.
5. Public and immutable information
Wallet addresses, contract data, token details, transaction hashes, and other information submitted to a public blockchain can be viewed and copied by anyone. Final metadata and media pinned to IPFS may remain available even if AstraMint stops pinning or linking to it. Do not include personal, confidential, unlawful, or third-party information in content you intend to place on-chain or on IPFS.
6. Retention
We retain account, project, generation, credit, asset, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and legal requirement. We may delete or de-identify data when it is no longer needed. Public blockchain and IPFS data cannot reliably be deleted by AstraMint.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for securing your account, device, wallet, recovery phrase, private keys, and social accounts, and for reviewing every wallet or publication request before approving it.
8. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete certain personal information, object to or restrict some processing, or withdraw consent where applicable. You can disconnect supported social accounts through the provider or the Services when available, and you can block cookies through your browser, although essential cookies are required to stay signed in.
Rights vary by location and may be subject to verification and legal exceptions. They do not enable AstraMint to erase data from public blockchains, IPFS, or third-party systems we do not control. To make a request, email support@astramint.ai.
9. International transfers
Our providers and systems may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for cross-border transfers. By choosing public blockchain or IPFS publication, you understand that the published information becomes globally accessible.
10. Children
The Services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the Services or law changes. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Questions or requests can be sent to support@astramint.ai.
